Terms of Service

These terms are authoritative in Traditional Chinese. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.


Article 1: Service Description

Migrant Ticket (hereinafter referred to as "this system") is a B2B flight sales and ticketing operations platform that provides flight search, booking, ticketing, rebooking, and refund services to brokers and agents. This system interfaces with airline ticketing resources through Amadeus and Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

Article 2: Account Registration and Review
  1. To use this system, you must first register an account; account types include "Broker" and "Agent".
  2. Broker and Agent accounts must be approved by an administrator before full functionality is available.
  3. You must ensure that registration information is accurate and complete; you must update it promptly if any changes occur.
  4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password; you assume all liability for damages resulting from unauthorized account use.
  5. Consumer account functionality has been disabled; this system serves only brokers and agents.
Article 3: Booking and Payment
  1. Broker: pays using company account balance; amount is deducted upon successful booking.
  2. Agent: pays through Newebpay convenience store; payment must be completed within 3 days; orders expire automatically if payment is not made in time.
  3. Ticket prices are based on the GDS response at the time of booking and may vary due to exchange rates, taxes, and airline policies.
  4. Ticket price includes base fare, taxes, and service fees (markup); all amounts are clearly listed on the booking confirmation and order detail pages.
  5. To issue a ticket after successful booking, the order must satisfy payment completion (PAID), order confirmation (CONFIRMED), and valid PNR conditions.
Article 4: Ticket Changes and Refunds
  1. Rebooking: limited to issued tickets; must be requested at least 48 hours before departure.
  2. Refund: limited to the same calendar year; no No-Show fees are charged.
  3. Void: processed according to airline regulations.
  4. All ticket modification requests must be reviewed and approved by an administrator before execution.
  5. Rebooking or refunds may incur airline fees, which are the responsibility of the passenger or the person who made the booking.
Article 5: Passenger Information and Documents
  1. Booking requires the following passenger information: passport name in English, passport number, ARC number, and date of birth.
  2. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the last departure date of the itinerary.
  3. ARC format is 2 uppercase letters + 8 digits (e.g., AB12345678).
  4. This system is limited to adult passenger bookings; children and infant tickets are not supported.
  5. The broker or agent who made the booking is responsible for verifying the accuracy of passenger information.
Article 6: Account Balance
  1. Broker company account balances are created and limited by the administrator.
  2. Amount is deducted from the account balance upon successful booking (including ticket price and service fees).
  3. When an order is cancelled, the deducted amount is returned to the account balance.
  4. Account balance usage can be checked in real-time on the "Account Balance" page.
  5. Agents, as individuals, do not hold credit accounts and must pay through convenience store payment.
Article 7: Privacy Protection

This system collects, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with the Republic of China Personal Data Protection Act. For details, please refer to Privacy Policy

Article 8: Disclaimer
  1. This system is not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance or failures of airline systems, GDS systems, or third-party payment platforms.
  2. Flight cancellations or changes caused by force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, war, government bans, etc.) are handled according to airline regulations.
  3. This system is not responsible if passengers cannot travel due to personal reasons such as expired travel documents, visa issues, or entry restrictions.
Article 9: Terms Amendments

This system reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Modified terms will be announced on this page. Continued use of this system indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
